We're looking for a Cash Operation intern to help us with a variety of tasks.

 

 

We're currently seeking individuals who are:

 

 

  • Active, full-time training student status in a Hungarian university/ college is a must as well as the ability & eligibility to work close to 30 hours/week
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Other language knowledge is a plus
  • Individual problem solving and issue resolution mindset
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Team-work orientation

 

 

Your responsibilities will include:

 

 

  • Participating in the CTA/FX/bank reconciliations in Trintech using backup files
  • Assistance in the preparation of month-end excel reconciliations for legacy Viacom accounts
  • Perform daily bank reconciliation for legacy Viacom bank accounts to the general ledger in the given region, monitor the aging of all outstanding items, and assist with follow up and reclassification of items
  • Research discrepancies, and prepare/review adjusting transactions if it is necessary to make corrections to the appropriate accounting records
  • Assistance in the preparation of monthly bank reconciliation for legacy Paramount bank accounts to the general ledger in the given range using Chesapeake as a reconciliation tool; ensure balances are tied up with supporting documents; open items are reviewed and accuracy of them are validated
