Join the Paramount team and take the reins of International Market's cashflow as the FP&A Cashflow Senior Manager for the TV Media segment. Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Primary focal point for cashflow for the TV Media segment in International Markets, covering cable network TV, free-to-air TV, studio, consumer products and licensing. 
  • Review monthly cashflows, provide variance analysis, and support month-end close activities for Cash Operations
  • Build the cash Budget for the TV Media segment, monthly forecasts, and short-term liquidity outlooks through a centralized process, coordinating input from various teams.
  • Assist Treasury in short-term liquidity insights and outlook requirements.
  • Deliver timely, accurate analysis and reporting of cashflow, including regular forecast updates with insightful analysis, narrative, trend analysis, KPIs, and recommendations.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of receivables and payables in collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance forecast quality and cash position management.
  • Design and maintain tools to facilitate forecasting and metrics, engaging with local finance teams to understand regional cashflow drivers.
  • Collaborate with the Indirect Tax team to incorporate VAT and withholding tax impacts into cashflow forecasting.
  • Work closely with the systems team to automate processes and optimize support.
  • Undertake adhoc projects as required to contribute to Paramount’s financial success.

 


Requirements:

 

  • Minimum 5 years of FP&A or Controllership experience.
  • Proficient in Excel data analysis.
  • Knowledge of Alteryx is a plus, or a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to interpret financial data and develop narratives. 
  • Strong teamwork and coordination skills.
