Analytics Manager

The Analytics team is a centre of local audience and market intelligence/analysis (North-Central-Eastern Europe) and a part of International Brand Analytics Team. The department remit is to drive the development of business - maximising audiences across linear (mainly) platforms, improving brand appeal and therefore financial strength.
The role provides quantitative information and significant analysis to support the business with a primary focus on the Netherlands and NCEE.
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills and pay close attention to detail. A passion for TV content and the ability to derive insights from data are needed, as well as the capability to prepare reports under tight deadlines. This position involves regular analytical tasks and collaboration with partners, requiring a validated understanding of the evolving media industry.
What will you be doing?
- Analyze the performance of our brands and IPs across linear and non-linear platforms, focusing primarily Netherlands and NCEE countries.
- Build and deliver comprehensive channel and content reports, analyses, and insights to support the growth of Paramount’s brands and drive business development.
- Assist scheduling, programming, marketing, and other key business areas by providing in-depth analysis and building positive relationships with key partners.
- Provide expert knowledge in the local market
- Participate in relevant presentations and meetings, and take on hosting and communicating roles as needed.
- Respond promptly to business requests and challenges.
- Collaborate within the International Analytics team to ensure consistency and alignment across the board.
What are we looking for?
- Proven experience in an analytical role within a broadcaster, agency, or other media companies.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability and desire to interpret data and transform findings into actionable insights.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, including the ability to present findings and explain analytical methodologies.
- Detailed working knowledge of TV data systems e.g Techedge
- Strong understanding of the broadcasting industry.
- Excellent proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Proficient in both written and spoken Dutch and English.
- Positive attitude and a collaborative approach
