Content Coordinator 

 

Please note that this is a fixed-term position with an anticipated end date of December 31, 2026 (potential for extension based on business requirements).

DESCRIPTION OF THE DEPARTMENT 

Global Content Operations manages the distribution, registration, and quality control of all sourced content, along with associated metadata and side cars, with Full Sourcing Package specifications. The team ensures timely availability of assets for publication on Paramount platforms (linear/non linear), aligned with the schedules and platforms specified by stakeholders. 

 

The Content Coordinator is responsible for registrations in our database, content sourcing, processing and making this content ready for publishing (linear/ non-linear) with a strong focus on ensuring the high quality metadata is available and consistent. 

 

You will work in Global Content Operations and report to the Supervisor Content Operations. 

 

What will you be doing? 

  • Source and manage all content and its technical and editorial metadata required for publication; 

  • Oversee the timely and flawless publication of content;

  • Coordinate, in collaboration with Brands and other localization departments, all required localization such as subtitling and dubbing, access services and editorial metadata; 

  • Collaborate constructively with peers, Brands, Thirds parties and other Paramount Departments; 

  • Ensure metadata availability and consistency throughout the complete database; 

  • Oversee the availability of the content and localization, keep track and chase where needed in order to make the full sourcing package available in time; 

  • Update legacy content towards the updated specification standards; 

  • Provide operational support to team, departments and projects as required by the supervisor; 

  • You will be the central point of contact for several global stakeholders and connect them together; 

  • Seek efficiencies and improvements in the workflow and Media Supply Chain and present these to the supervisors.

Desirables

  • Education: Vocational college degree/Bachelor's degree
