We are looking for a Contract Administrator (Leave Cover) to join our Legal & Business Affairs team at Paramount Global in Amsterdam. This role will assist with the drafting and processing of agreements for the international distribution of our iconic films and series.
We are seeking a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is eager to contribute to a global media company operating within a constantly evolving international industry.
What will you be doing?
- Draft, review, and coordinate television content license agreements, amendments, and related documents, using company-approved templates.
- Support Legal & Business Affairs attorneys with special projects, contract/sales analysis, contract review, and document presentation.
- Use company information systems and other resources to capture data for legal analysis and contract preparation.
- Interface and liaise with Legal and Sales teams.
- Follow up and coordinate contract execution and related documentation.
- Build summaries of major deals for internal reporting.
- Upload and manage documents and correspondence in the Legal & Business Affairs document management system.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum HBO), preferably in Law.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within Business Affairs, Contracts, or Legal.
- Strong knowledge of film and television content license agreements and related documentation.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
