Multiplatform Operations Coordinator

The VOD Operations team is looking for a full-time GFO Coordinator to join its Amsterdam-based team. Your responsibility is to process and distribute all Paramount’s content for publishing on non-linear platforms, for both internal and external clients.
We deliver world-class content e.a South Park, Yellowstone, NCIS, Sponge bob and many more amazing shows to platforms all over the World, including iTunes, Netflix, Amazon, UPC, SKY etc.
What will you be doing?
As an Operations coordinator, your responsibilities include:

Prepare, process, troubleshoot, and distribute content for publishing on non-linear platforms, for both internal and external clients.

Build rapport with both internal and external clients, serving as the primary contact for all non-linear delivery requests and inquiries.

Liaise with international teams to ensure timely and accurate access to content and any necessary localization, including video, dubbing, subtitles, metadata and images.

Provide excellent service to clients globally with different backgrounds and cultures.

Contribute to new onboarding initiatives and adjust to changing workflow requirements for clients both inside and outside the company.

Participate in the testing and implementation of new technology and/or workflow improvements within the operational team.

Collaborate closely with the seniors, supervisors, and specialists to uphold the knowledge level of the team and ensure business runs smoothly.

Work autonomously on workload, handle priorities, and collaborate with internal and external partners.
