REPORTING LINE: Workplace Manager
LOCATION: Office-based: Amsterdam



If you love creating memorable experiences, have great organization skills and a sharp eye for intricate details, Paramount Amsterdam office is looking for you! The Workplace Ambassador will work out of Amsterdam office at NDSM-Plein to support the day-to-day operations for meetings and events along with booking and support for employee Workspace. This position is the first impression and point of contact for visitors, employees and vendors for their location.


The Workplace Ambassador position is fully onsite from Monday to Friday.


•    To act as first point of contact both internally and externally for the Workplace 
•    Employee Workspace liaison and support – Assist with booking workplaces where required
•    Liaise and manage engineers / contractors on a daily basis and expedite any problems with the services provided by them to a satisfactory conclusion. 
•    Assist with managing service providers ensuring contractual obligations are achieved
•    Coordinate and manage front office duties such as meet & greet, hospitality, mail, couriers
•    Monitor Facilities mailbox and action tasks as required
•    Assist with creating/monitoring/maintaining purchase order requisitions
•    Maintain office supplies for the building
•    Maintain meeting rooms to high standard, ensure all equipment present and working on a daily basis
•    Formulate and maintain a close working relationship with the occupiers, to coordinate efforts with respect to matters such as Emergency Procedures, Building Safety, Fire and Bomb threat evacuations.
•    Manage security regulation and processes related to the offices and ensure strict access protocols within employees and external partners

•    Proven experience of front of house and working in office environment
•    At least 1 year of customer service or similar experience preferred.
•    Experience in hospitality industry preferred
•    Excellent computer software knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
•    Exceptional organizational and communication skills 
•    Exceptional written and verbal skills, both English & Dutch
