Reporting to the Senior Producer, you will be an integral part of the Nickelodeon team. This dynamic role is a unique blend of the excitement of creative production with the precision of production management, ideal for someone with a strong background in short-form content creation and a knack for managing creative budgets and project workflows.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Ideate, develop, produce, and manage end-to-end production of short-form video content and trailers for digital and broadcast platforms
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure alignment with brand and campaign goals
  • Oversees approvals and feedback from stakeholders
  • Manage creative budgets and assist with project documentation, including vendor agreements, onboarding new vendors, and processing payments
  • Foster and leverage partnerships with platforms and other brands to expand content reach and impact
  • Conduct market research and share relevant case studies to inform and shape our creative strategy
  • Stay current with content trends, platform specifications, requirements, and audience behaviour

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in media studies, Advertising / Marketing, Communications, or Film Production, or related field of study
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in a creative or production agency, with a specialization in short-form content
  • Experience creativity to produce fresh ideas, innovative concepts, and engaging content for kids and parents.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent social skills, which will enable you to interact with a wide range of personalities and build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Highly organized, collaborative self-starter adept at working under pressure, setting priorities, handling multiple projects, and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Sound understanding of promo production and short-form video requirements; proficient in scriptwriting, nonlinear editing, GFX, and post-production
  • Efficient with production software – Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Creative Suites, Photoshop, Illustrator, and MS Office
