What you’ll be doing
Be responsible for the growth strategy and execution for paid and organic growth channels of our AVOD and SVOD streaming businesses, with the objective of increasing the number of users
Main responsibilities
• Develop data-driven user growth marketing strategies on mobile, web & connected TV devices
• Optimize user’s and subscribers’ journey by working closely with internal testing teams
• Be accountable all performance and growth activities for all AVOD and SVOD platforms
• Increase numbers of subscribers, CAC, LTV, funnel efficiency
• Optimize and grow existing channels and identify, evaluate and recommend new to test
• Create and execute marketing campaigns across Search, Paid Social, CTV, Display/Video campaigns, etc.
• Plan and launch A/B tests for creative optimization, ad copy, promotional cadence and segment discovery
• Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the campaigns
• Cooperating closely with different stakeholders within the organization including but not limited to Tech &Product, BI, Creative teams
Who we are looking for
• University degree in a relevant field
• 4+ years experience in B2C marketing and/or user acquisition
• Excellent knowledge of budget- and project management and related tools
• Passion and deep knowledge of television, entertainment and pop culture
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills in German and English
• Data-based decision making skills
