Analyst, Affiliate Ops

Join Paramount’s dynamic International Finance team as an Analyst of Affiliate Operations! This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with stakeholders across our Affiliate business and internal Finance teams. We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented team player who thrives on problem-solving and wants to be part of shaping how we improve processes, systems, and collaboration. You’ll be the key point of contact supporting a significant segment of Paramount International’s business operations.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, input, and track subscriber data and other key metrics from operators
- Maintain operators’ price structures
- Prepare billing documentation and maintain databases for Sales and Finance teams
- Register and oversee contracts with operators
- Understand financial architecture for deal setup and ongoing management
- Review monthly and ad-hoc accrual calculations; perform manual accruals when needed
- Collaborate with CoE/RtR teams to ensure accurate planning and accounting of accruals
- Support decision-making around proposed changes to financial structures
- Manage smart cards and maintain related databases
About You (Basic Qualifications):
- Upper-intermediate verbal and written English skills (advanced level is a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred)
- 1+ years of experience (internships included) in roles involving high levels of organization—e.g., finance, accounting, or billing
Additional Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
- Self-starter with a proactive approach
- Comfortable adapting to change in a dynamic industry
- Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Confident communicator with all levels of stakeholders
- A team player with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset
