This role is responsible for managing cash application processes across multiple international regions including Europe Africa Asia Australia and the Americas You will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely cash application account reconciliation and financial reporting while working closely with cross-functional teams
What you will do:
- Perform daily cash application and clearing account allocations across international markets
- Investigate and resolve unapplied cash balances
- Execute Withholding Tax clearing
- Collaborate with Finance Sales Collections and Billing teams to resolve allocation issues and complete reconciliations
- Support audits by preparing accurate documentation for accounts receivable write-offs
- Contribute to continuous improvement and automation projects
- Provide regular reports and analysis to management
- Participate in ad hoc tasks and support other Order to Cash areas as needed
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Finance Business or related field
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability
- Team player with strong ethics and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Experience with SAP or Oracle is a plus
