We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated OTC Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for managing cash application processes across multiple international markets, including Europe, Africa, Asia, Australia, and the Americas.
The candidate will play a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate payment application, account reconciliation, and financial reporting while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. In addition to core cash application responsibilities, the role may also support other areas within the Order to Cash (OTC) function as business needs evolve.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform daily cash application and allocation entries for clearing accounts across international markets
- Identify, process, and clear unapplied cash balances in a timely manner
- Perform withholding tax clearing activities
- Collaborate with OTC Collections, Billing, Finance, and Sales teams to resolve cash allocation discrepancies and complete account reconciliations
- Support process improvement and automation initiatives in line with company policies and best practices
- Prepare and distribute periodic management reports
- Provide supporting documentation and explanations for accounts receivable (AR) write-offs to internal and external auditors
- Participate in ad hoc projects and support additional OTC functions as required
- Respond to other finance-related requests as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience (including internships) in a similar position, any further experience is an advantage
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- SAP or Oracle experience is an advantage
