Join Our Team

Paramount is seeking a Senior Analyst to join our OPEX/G&A Expense Accounting team in Budapest. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain broad exposure to corporate finance while supporting critical accounting, reporting, and analysis activities across the organization.

As a Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, supporting business stakeholders, driving process improvements, and contributing to a high-performing finance organization.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and review monthly journal entries, including accruals and prepayments
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure accurate ledger maintenance
• Analyze financial data and provide meaningful insights to business partners
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities
• Collaborate with Finance and Operational teams on accounting matters and reporting requirements
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to automation and standardization initiatives
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and SOX requirements
• Support external and internal audit activities
• Participate in finance transformation and process improvement projects
• Mentor and support junior team members when required
• Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and management reporting requests

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related area
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and process improvement focused mindset

Nice to Have

• Experience in a multinational or shared services environment
• Exposure to financial reporting, month-end close, and audit support activities
• Experience working with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
