Our Global Procurement Operations Center is a high-impact team within Paramount, working in close partnership with the Global Procurement organization to drive operational excellence, ensure compliance, and deliver measurable cost savings across the enterprise.
We are now seeking a Catalog Manager, Global Procurement to lead and execute Paramount’s procurement catalog strategy. You are responsible for identifying catalog-eligible categories, enabling catalog capabilities, and driving adoption across the organization. As the subject matter expert in catalog management, you will collaborate with Procurement Category Managers, Strategic Suppliers, Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Technology, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless and user-friendly catalog experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive catalog strategy through collaboration with procurement teams, analysis of spend data, and industry best practices,
- Promoting Oracle Catalog best practices and partner with Procurement Category Managers to drive catalog implementation,
- Developing strategies to increase catalog utilization among end users and improving purchasing efficiency,
- Collaborating with strategic vendors to support catalog enablement and ongoing content management,
- Establishing catalog governance policies and criteria to ensure consistency, compliance and scalability,
- Managing catalog content and imagery, including writing, styling, editing, quality control and uploads,
- Maintaining high-quality standards for catalog presentation and ensure an error-free user experience,
- Monitoring catalog usage and compliance, identifying opportunities to simplify and enhance usability,
- Staying current on catalog management trends and innovations to continuously improve procurement processes and user engagement.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in procurement, and catalog implementation and management,
- Proficiency in SAP, Ariba, and Oracle systems (Oracle Fusion experience preferred),
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field,
- Proven experience in developing catalog strategies and enabling catalog capabilities across an organization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the media, entertainment, or broadcasting industry,
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills,
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment,
- Strong organizational, analytical, and customer service skills.
