Join Paramount and become part of our Master Data Governance Group (MDG) the team responsible for ensuring accuracy, consistency, and trust in our global master data. We partner with stakeholders across the business to design and implement governance processes that power smarter decisions and operational excellence.
As an Expert in Master Data Governance, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we manage and govern enterprise master data. You’ll lead global initiatives, support ERP rollouts, and deliver improvements that directly impact Paramount’s success worldwide.
This position is based in our Budapest Financial Shared Services Center. Candidates must have permanent residency and full-time work authorization in Hungary. To collaborate effectively with global teams, the preferred starting time is around 11:00 AM CET.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert, guiding stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Lead Oracle Fusion ERP rollout activities and drive MDG tool enhancements.
- Ensure data consistency and integrity across systems.
- Conduct root cause analysis on data issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain and audit Finance master data (GL accounts, Cost Centers, Profit Centers, hierarchies).
- Represent MDG in global projects, month-end close, and audits.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools (PowerBI, PowerPoint).
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and share best practices.
- Provide training and onboarding support to new colleagues.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or IT (advanced degree preferred).
- 5+ years’ experience in Master Data Governance in a global setting.
- ERP experience (Oracle EDM preferred; SAP is a plus).
- Track record in ERP rollouts, migrations, and change management.
- Strong project management skills (ASANA, JIRA, ServiceNow).
- Advanced Excel / Alteryx skills, with ability to handle large datasets.
- Curiosity for AI-driven solutions and continuous process improvement.
- Excellent English communication skills across all levels.
