Key Responsibilities

 

  • Review monthly cashflows across TV Media and Streaming, provide variance analysis, and support month-end close activities for Cash Operations.
  • Load the monthly cash forecasts, and short-term liquidity outlooks through a centralized processes coordinating input from various teams.
  • Deliver timely, accurate analysis and reporting of cashflow, including regular forecast updates with insightful analysis, narrative, trend analysis and recommendations.
  • Assist Treasury in short-term liquidity insights and outlook requirements.
  • Conduct regular review and follow-up of open purchase orders and AP in collaboration with the Controllership and the business to ensure timely payment.
  • Undertake adhoc projects as required to contribute to Paramount’s financial success including transition from SAP to Oracle Fusion in Jan ‘27.Partner with local finance teams to understand regional cashflow drivers and risks.

 

 

Requirements

 

  • Minimum 5 years of FP&A, Controllership, Treasury, or Cashflow Management experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful business insights.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience working in a multinational environment.
  • Knowledge of Alteryx, Oracle Fusion or similar finance systems is an advantage.

Hiring Salary Range: $. 

 

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.  The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable,  as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
