As FP&A Cashflow Finance Manager, you won't just report numbers—you will optimize resources, drive forecast innovation, and influence strategic decisions across a global media powerhouse. How You Will Make an Impact

• Treasury & Disbursement Ownership: Drive weekly treasury reporting on disbursements, updating forecasts, reconciling actuals, and translating variances into strategic insights for Treasury and senior leadership.

• Forecast Innovation: Elevate forecast accuracy through continuous optimization. Experiment with creative approaches—such as analyzing payment-run timing, vendor behaviors, and historical trends—to build and adopt the most accurate models.

• Cash Flow & Liquidity Strategy: Deliver timely, insight-rich analysis, variance breakdowns, and strategic recommendations for cash flow and short-term liquidity.

• End-to-End Payment Funnel Optimization: Partner with Controllership, Accounts Payable, Procurement, and regional teams to clean underlying data (open POs, invoices, payment terms) and ensure forecasts reflect actual cash movements.

• Financial Close & System Transformation: Support monthly cash flow reporting, month-end close for Cash Operations, and critical multi-year initiatives—including our strategic migration from SAP to Oracle Fusion in 2027.

• Cross-Functional Synergy: Build strong partnerships with regional finance teams to map cash flow drivers, mitigate risks, and streamline global processes.

• Agile Financial Operations: Coordinate inputs for centralized cash forecasting and provide high-level backup across monthly, annual budget, and Long-Range Plan (LRP) cycles.

What You Bring to the Team

• Proven Expertise: 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Controllership, Treasury, or Cashflow Management within a multinational environment.

• Analytical Mastery: Advanced Excel skills (complex modeling, pivot tables, forecast back-testing) with a track record of transforming standard reporting into actionable insight.

• Continuous Improvement Mindset: Demonstrated success in measuring, back-testing, and upgrading legacy forecasting processes.

• Strong Ownership & Persistence: Proactive approach with the tenacity to follow up across global teams until open items are fully resolved.

• Stakeholder Influence: Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English, with the ability to build trust and convey financial narratives to cross-functional partners.

• Technical Agility: Independence in managing priorities; experience with Alteryx, Oracle Fusion, or similar financial platforms is a strong plus.
