FP&A Manager, Content Finance

Shape how Paramount plans, funds and measures its content, and help build the finance engine behind it.

We're looking for an FP&A Manager to join our Content Finance FP&A team in Budapest. You'll be the finance voice on Paramount's US studio content portfolio, working directly with Content Finance, Acquisitions and senior leaders on decisions that shape what ends up on screen.

You'll also be a finance lead on our Oracle Fusion ERP implementation, helping design how Finance works for years to come, from requirements through UAT, data validation and go-live. Few roles combine a seat at the table on content investment with hands-on transformation experience.

Contract: 12-month fixed-term. It's a focused window to make a real impact and build standout experience, and depending on business needs, it could open the door to further opportunities at Paramount.

What you'll do

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning for the US studio content portfolio, including the five-year Long Range Plan
• Turn numbers into stories: present performance analysis and variance commentary to senior stakeholders
• Partner with Content Finance and Acquisitions to model and evaluate content investments
• Represent Finance throughout the Oracle Fusion rollout: business requirements, UAT, data validation and post-go-live support
• Track content spend against approved budgets and flag risks and opportunities early
• Find ways to streamline and automate finance processes as we move to Oracle Fusion
• Support month-end and quarter-end close
• Build ad hoc analysis and business cases for strategic initiatives

What you bring

• 5-8 years in Finance, FP&A, Accounting or a related field
• Strong stakeholder skills and experience working across international, cross-functional teams
• Advanced financial modelling and Excel skills
• ERP experience, ideally Oracle Fusion, and any exposure to implementation or finance transformation projects (a real plus)
• Clear, confident communication with finance and non-finance audiences alike
• Comfort juggling priorities in a fast-paced, matrix environment
• Fluent English
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related field
