Paramount is looking for an FP&A Manager to join our VCNI P+ Content Finance FP&A team in Budapest. This is an exciting opportunity to support financial planning, reporting, and business partnering for Paramount's US studio content portfolio while playing a key role in the implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP.

In this position, you will work closely with Content Finance, Acquisitions, and senior business stakeholders to provide financial insights, drive planning activities, and support strategic decision-making. Alongside core FP&A responsibilities, you will act as a finance lead during our Oracle Fusion transformation, helping shape future finance processes and ensuring a successful implementation.

 

Contract: Fixed-Term (until 31 December 2027)

 

 

What You'll Do

 

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities for the US studio content portfolio.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, performance analysis, and variance commentary to senior stakeholders.
  • Partner with Content Finance and Acquisitions teams to evaluate content investments and model financial outcomes.
  • Act as a key Finance representative throughout the Oracle Fusion ERP implementation, supporting business requirements, user acceptance testing (UAT), data validation, and post-go-live activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve and automate finance processes while supporting the transition to Oracle Fusion.
  • Monitor content spend against approved budgets and proactively highlight financial risks and opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with Finance, Content Strategy, and cross-functional business partners.
  • Support month-end and quarter-end close activities and contribute to the five-year Long Range Plan (LRP).
  • Deliver ad hoc financial analysis and business cases to support strategic initiatives.

 

 

What We're Looking For

 

  • 5–8 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working across international and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with ERP systems; Oracle Fusion experience is highly desirable.
  • Previous involvement in ERP implementation or finance transformation projects is an advantage.
  • Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills, including strong Excel proficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
  • Fluent English.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
