Finance Manager, FP&A

The Finance Manager is a key partner, collaborating with colleagues in both finance and business to shape and own the financial discipline for our programming and marketing teams. This is a fixed-term position. (1 year)

Key Responsibilities:

• Key finance touch point for Programming and Marketing teams in your region.
• Drive the financial planning cycle (Budget, Long Range Plan, Estimates) in collaboration with business partners and Finance colleagues.
• Partner with Programming and Marketing teams to ensure accurate data transfer into financial and planning systems.
• Communicate outlook results with detailed explanations to Finance Directors.
• Manage monthly and quarterly close processes.
• Provide monthly variance analysis and change commentary to business partners and leaders.
• Prepare and consolidate ad hoc analysis, reports, and information requests.
• Manage and develop processes and policies for regional and remote financial operations.
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize, and meet strict deadlines.
• Ask probing questions and follow issues/projects to resolution/completion.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of related finance work experience.
• Collaborative mindset, able to build strong relationships across various stakeholder levels.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including financial presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SAP and Longview is a plus.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
