Paramount is looking for a Manager of Content Licensing Finance to support and drive financial operations across Content Sales, Studio, Download to Own & Applications, and Brand Licensing activities. You will play a key role in forecasting, budgeting, and providing financial insights to help guide strategic decisions across our global content licensing business.


This is a fixed-term position.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead the financial planning cycles including Long Range Plan, Annual Operating Plan, Quarterly Outlooks, and monthly reviews
  • Manage end-to-end revenue and cost tracking across brands and business units
  • Analyze revenue trends, flag risks and opportunities, and provide performance insights
  • Support evaluation of new business initiatives and commercial strategies
  • Develop and enhance financial systems, processes, and reporting tools
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and provide ad hoc analysis as needed

 

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in FP&A or accounting, preferably with content licensing exposure
  • Strong analytical skills, knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SAP and Longview experience is an advantage
  • Proactive, organized, and adaptable to a dynamic environment
