About the Role

In this essential role, you’ll support the VCNI Streaming organization, providing financial expertise, insights, and operational leadership to help drive the success of our international streaming business.
As a key member of our Content Finance Center of Excellence (COE), you’ll play a pivotal role in financial planning, analysis, and reporting — partnering closely with business and finance leaders to enable smart, data-driven decisions. This position reports to the Director, Paramount+ International Programming Finance and is part of our International Streaming Programming Finance team.

This is a fixed-term maternity cover role for two years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead the financial planning cycle for expenses and cash flow, including budgets, long-range plans, and forecasts in close collaboration with Finance Directors and business stakeholders.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Partner with Programming teams to gather accurate data and ensure its seamless integration into financial systems.
  • Portfolio Analytics: Enhance and leverage financial systems and tools to support global Paramount+ International portfolio analytics.
  • Performance Measurement: Develop and maintain periodic and ad hoc content analytics reports, providing meaningful insights to guide programming strategy.
  • Decision Support: Deliver monthly analytical reports to regional management and VCNI Finance, and keep real-time track of committed vs. uncommitted investments.
  • Programming LRP Management: Maintain the Programming Long-Range Plan (PSUMM) to reflect the latest programming rollouts and financial updates.
  • Financial Close Processes: Oversee monthly and quarterly financial close activities in collaboration with Record-to-Report (RTR) teams.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to streamline financial workflows.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with the Paramount+ team, ensuring alignment on KPIs and financial metrics.
