Manager Marketing

We’re looking for a passionate and strategic Marketing Manager to lead all marketing efforts for Paramount Network and Comedy Central in Hungary. If you're driven by creativity, entertainment, and making an impact through smart campaigns, this might be your next adventure.
This is a fixed-term maternity cover position.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Owning and executing the full marketing strategy for our Hungarian channels
- Leading cross-platform campaigns (above-the-line, social media, influencer) to drive key TV KPIs
- Collaborating closely with programming, media planning, PR, and creative teams to develop impactful marketing initiatives
- Localizing international campaigns for the Hungarian market
- Managing and expanding partnership marketing efforts, including coordination with Magyar Telekom
- Building brand partnerships that enhance visibility across the region
- Overseeing the marketing budget in cooperation with finance
- Keeping up with performance data and industry trends to optimize marketing efforts
We’re looking for someone with:
- A degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing or brand management
- Strong project management and analytical skills
- A good grasp of media planning
- A proactive, flexible, and result-oriented attitude – you're a true team player
- Excellent communication skills, both internally and with external partners
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- A passion for the entertainment industry
- Fluency in both Hungarian and English
