At Paramount, we’re looking for a Manager, PTP Supplier Management to join our Global Business Services (GBS) organization in Budapest. The Manager, Supplier Management leads the global supplier onboarding, maintenance, and vendor data governance function within the Procure-to-Pay organization, based in Budapest. This role serves as the business owner of Paramount's vendor onboarding platform and manages the vendor setup team responsible for supplier onboarding and changes across all ERP systems. You will work closely with the Director of Supplier Management and international GBS and Finance stakeholders, helping to develop our Budapest service center and build efficient, scalable processes that deliver world-class results.

 

This is a fixed-term (1-year) position!

 

What you’ll do

 

  • Own the vendor onboarding platform business relationship, including design, enhancements, and business requirements.

  • Functionally manage the global vendor setup team, ensuring accurate and timely handling of supplier setups and changes across all ERP systems.

  • Maintain SLAs across all functions for vendor onboarding, changes, and related queries

  • Serve as the primary escalation point for supplier onboarding and setup issues.

  • Conduct supplier audits to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of vendor master data.

  • Own SOX compliance activities related to supplier management, including control testing and coordination with Internal Audit.

  • Drive data cleansing activities across ERP systems for vendor data.

  • Develop and maintain metric reporting on supplier onboarding volume, SLA performance, audit findings, and data quality trends.

  • Perform root cause analysis to eliminate recurring supplier management issues.

  • Maintain existing and create new SOPs and training documentation for the supplier management process.

  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities in partnership with other PTP teams.

  • Collaborate with Regional Leadership to recruit, train, and retain a high-performing supplier management team.

  • Partner with Technical Services, IT, and RPA teams on identifying and implementing automation, enhancements, and break/fix solutions.

  • Participate in Global ERP system implementations related to supplier and vendor data.

 

 

What you bring

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • 5-7 years of experience managing AP/PTP or supplier management processes, including prior people management experience.

  • Experience with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion, EBS, SAP, or similar) and vendor onboarding platforms.

  • Working knowledge of SOX compliance and internal controls, including experience supporting audits.

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills; advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Drive process improvement in a dynamic environment.
