Manager of Content Licensing Finance (Fixed-term)

We are looking for a Manager, Content Licensing Finance to oversee revenue management for the Global Content Licensing business across Paramount Skydance’s portfolio of brands. In this role, you will drive the development and continuous improvement of forecasting, planning and budgeting processes, while partnering closely with Content Licensing (CL) teams across the organization. You will deliver P&L analysis, financial insights and strategic support that help shape business performance.
This is a fixed-term position!
Responsibilities:
- Support the preparation of the Long Range Plan, Budget, Quarterly Outlook and Monthly Financial Reviews for CL in partnership with business leaders and Finance teams, following the company’s fiscal calendar.
- Establish and maintain effective financial operations including processing revenues, managing budgets and estimates by brand, and reporting variances with clear explanations.
- Analyze revenue trends and advise management on risks and opportunities versus forecasts, delivering actionable insights on business performance.
- Support management in the evaluation of new commercial initiatives.
- Build strong partnerships to provide decision support for strategic opportunity identification.
- Drive world-class financial and operating processes, focusing on productivity, effectiveness and efficiency.
- Respond to ad hoc analysis, reporting and information requests as needed
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in Accounting, Finance or a related field preferred.
- CPA, CIMA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- 5+ years of FP&A and/or accounting experience, including 2+ years supporting Content Licensing revenues preferred.
Additional Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of US GAAP, IFRS or equivalent accounting frameworks.
- Highly analytical with the ability to turn data into clear, insightful narratives.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with high attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying information to diverse internal audiences.
- Proactive, collaborative, adaptable and quick to learn in a dynamic industry.
- Customer-focused mindset with a willingness to go the extra mile for stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP and/or Longview is a plus.
- Genuine interest in the media and technology landscape.
