Are you ready to take your finance career to the next level? At Paramount, we're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented OTC Analyst to join our dynamic Order-to-Cash team and support Accounts Receivable (A/R) collections across our European and APAC markets.

This is a fixed-term position!

 


What You’ll Do:

  • As an OTC Analyst, you’ll be the key point of contact for customer collections, building strong relationships and ensuring timely payments. You’ll:
    Manage and follow up on outstanding receivables
  • Communicate with customers via email and phone
    Resolve disputes and support customer inquiries
  • Prepare A/R reports and support accurate cash forecasting
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Finance, Credit, and Legal
  • Maintain clear documentation in SAP and assist in audits
  • Support the cash application process and contribute to process improvements

 

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Educational background in finance-related discipline or substantial relevant experience in the Order-to-Cash domain, with a strong preference for collections experience.  
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with SAP (a plus)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
  • Flexibility to meet monthly and quarterly deadlines
