We are looking for a detail-oriented OTC Collections Analyst to join our Order to Cash team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing international receivables, driving timely cash collection, minimizing credit risk, and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Credit, and Legal.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  •  Manage and collect outstanding receivables for assigned international regions
  • Proactively follow up with customers via email and phone to ensure timely payments
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on aged A/R balances, cash forecasts, and bad debt risk
  • Investigate and resolve customer disputes in coordination with internal stakeholders
  • Support customer requests such as statements of account, invoice copies, and reconciliations
  • Maintain strong knowledge of customer payment behavior to improve cash forecasting accuracy
  • Escalate risks related to changing payment trends or overdue balances
  • Meet individual collection KPIs (e.g. DSO, overdue reduction targets)
  • Support the Cash Application team with reconciliations and missing remittance follow-ups
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Finance to resolve collection challenges
  • Support Credit and Legal teams with bankruptcy cases and high-risk accounts
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in SAP
  • Provide detailed A/R balance explanations for internal and external audits
  • Handle ad hoc tasks related to OTC activities

Basic Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required)
  • 1–2 years of experience in Billing, Collections, Accounts Receivable, or Finance
  • General understanding of accounting principles
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Flexible mindset, especially during month-end and quarter-end close
  • Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic and integrity
  • SAP or Oracle experience is an advantage
