We are looking for an experienced OTC Billing Manager to lead billing operations across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific. This role oversees complex, multi-system billing processes for revenue streams including AdSales, Affiliate, Ancillary, and Content Sales.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full billing cycle: invoice generation, system interfaces, reconciliations, validation, and distribution across multiple sales systems
- Ensure compliance with local country regulations (VAT/GST, invoicing rules, government portals) and SOX requirements
- Own monthly control reporting, integrity checks, and variance analysis
- Identify process inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, FP&A, Controllership, Tax, Compliance, IT, and Audit teams
- Support month-end A/R close activities and auditor reviews
- Maintain up-to-date SOPs and training materials
- Deliver proactive, solution-oriented customer service
- Lead and develop a team of 5 across multiple countries and time zones
- Manage workload, performance, and skill development
- Establish KPIs and drive accountability
- Support hiring, talent retention, and career progression
- Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and cross-training
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of operations and team management experience in Accounts Receivable, ideally in a global corporate environment
- Strong understanding of billing controls and financial processes
- Advanced English and MS Office skills
- Oracle Fusion knowledge is a plus
- Proven track record in team development and performance management
- Highly organized, detail-focused, and able to meet strict deadlines
- Proactive, independent, and adaptable in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
