What You’ll Do:
As a POIM Associate, you’ll:
- Resolve aged invoices and recover credit balances from vendors.
- Monitor and manage purchase orders and invoice queues (IPS, SAP, Oracle).
- Perform fiscal and tax reviews for international locations.
- Ensure accurate payment processing and manual entry of approved invoices.
- Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve GR/IR issues.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve system-related issues.
- Provide high-quality service to internal and external customers.
What We’re Looking For:
We value skills and attitude over experience, but here’s what helps:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience: Finance background or ERP knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Language: Strong English communication skills (B2/C1).
