POIM Associate

What You’ll Do:
As a POIM Associate, you’ll:

• Resolve aged invoices and recover credit balances from vendors.
• Monitor and manage purchase orders and invoice queues (IPS, SAP, Oracle).
• Perform fiscal and tax reviews for international locations.
• Ensure accurate payment processing and manual entry of approved invoices.
• Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve GR/IR issues.
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve system-related issues.
• Provide high-quality service to internal and external customers.

What We’re Looking For:
We value skills and attitude over experience, but here’s what helps:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience: Finance background or ERP knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Language: Strong English communication skills (B2/C1).
