We are looking for a POIM Associate to join our Global Business Services team in Budapest. In this role, you will be responsible for all purchase order and invoice monitoring activities for both domestic and international markets, ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency of PTP processes.

This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment where you can contribute to global finance operations and continuous process improvements.
Responsible for all PO and invoice monitoring activities for both domestic and international markets. This role is based at Global Business Services located in Budapest, Hungary. Reports to PTP Manager.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and resolving aged invoices
  • Researching and recovering credit balances from vendors
  • Monitoring open aged purchase orders which includes following up with the business on items that have been good receipt no invoice and invoice received no good receipt
  • Monitoring the invoice error resolution queues which involves a high level of analytic review to determine the issue preventing the posting of invoices
  • Performing fiscal and tax review of invoices
  • Reviewing payment proposals to ensure withholding is being properly calculated during the payment process
  • Manually entering approved invoices
  • Reconciling and clearing direct debit vendor accounts
  • Monitoring the admin queue, completing tasks, identifying and resolving issues
  • Monitoring aged items, both PO and non-PO
  • Reconciling and resolving GR IR related items such as open POs not vouchered or open no receipt
  • Providing quality service to internal and external customers via My Paramount (ServiceNow system)
  • Resolving issues preventing invoices from posting or paying
  • Working closely with the Service Management and Support teams on identifying and resolving system related issues
  • Communicating with all levels of management regarding open and aged invoices
  • Collaborating closely with other PTP teams
  • Supporting the training of new team members

 


Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in the field of Finance is an advantage but not a requirement
  • Any ERP system knowledge is an advantage but not a requirement
  • B2 C1 level of English communication skills, both written and oral
