What you’ll do:

• Take ownership of a variety of accounting tasks with the support of experienced team members
• Raise and maintain purchase orders for contractual obligations arising from lease agreements
• Prepare and park journal entries
• Work in our Lease Accelerator system to add, update, or terminate lease agreements while ensuring full US GAAP compliance
• Prepare quarterly reporting related to leases and fixed assets
• Perform monthly depreciation, amortization, and rent variance analysis
• Review and follow up on capital expenditure requests
• Request capex project numbers and communicate with the business as needed
• Support capital reporting needs for the global finance organization
• Carry out periodic asset impairment procedures
• Collaborate with external auditors during quarterly and annual audits by preparing information requests and resolving inquiries
• Assist with various ad hoc requests from Domestic and International Controllers

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Openness and motivation to learn accounting principles, concepts, and processes
• A true team player who communicates effectively at all levels of the organization
• Strong prioritization skills and the ability to manage deadlines
• A proactive mindset, someone who takes initiative and follows through
• Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail
• Solid Business English skills (B2/C1 or above)
• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification is a plus
• Experience with SAP, especially Fixed Asset Management, is a strong advantageExperience in regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, insurance) is preferred
