Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with a passion for process improvement? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where collaboration and innovation are key? Paramount’s Budapest office is seeking a talented Intercompany Senior Analyst to join our team!

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Ensure accurate and timely accounting, analysis, and reporting of intercompany transactions across our global network.
  • Collaborate with Paramount’s international subsidiaries and tax teams to manage legal entity agreements and facilitate smooth intercompany transactions.
  • Invoice service fee recharges, monitor reports, and resolve pending issues to maintain efficiency.
  • Prepare intercompany accrual journal entries and quarterly reconciliations, ensuring balance confirmations and discrepancy resolutions.
  • Support special projects and audits, ensuring compliance with internal policies and Sarbanes-Oxley regulations.
  • Lead the migration and standardization of accounting processes, driving innovative solutions.
  • Mentor junior team members, sharing your expertise and fostering their growth.

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience with strong knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with a drive for process improvements.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in SAP or similar accounting software, with excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, structured thinking, and an analytical mindset.
