This is a great opportunity to join the Paramount team! As a new member of our RTR department, you will have the opportunity to work with other members of your team to ensure that all of our financial operations run smoothly.

 

We're looking for a new team member to join our RTR department.

 

 

Your main responsibilities: 

 

 

  • Supervise, coach and mentor a team of accounting professionals (7-9 direct reports)
  • Prepare performance reviews for the staff supervised
  • Review and approve journal entries up to the assigned limits
  • Ensure that all relevant key controls are in place and functioning properly in accordance with internal policies and procedures and Sarbanes Oxley rules and regulations.
  • Work with external auditors during quarterly and annual reviews/audits by preparing information requests and addressing inquiries.
  • Ensure that the team supervised carries out the following tasks as per the set timeline

 

 

Must-Have Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
  • Minimum 5 years relevant work experience
  • Team player with the ability to work and communicate with people at different levels within the organization
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to be thorough with attention to detail
  • Business English (B2/C1 or above) and strong communication skills (oral, written & listening)
  • CPA, ACCA (or equivalent) a plus
  • Experience in HFM, Longview and/or SAP a strong plus
