We’re looking for an experienced RTR Senior Analyst to take ownership of fixed asset and lease accounting processes. In this role, you’ll ensure accurate reporting of our PPE and lease transactions, working closely with international FP&A, Core Services, and IT teams.

 

What You’ll Do:

 

  • Accurately account for fixed assets and leases in SAP
  • Review and support junior team members in processing CERs
  • Book monthly amortization for PPE assets and ensure timely capitalization of AUC balances
  • Prepare and post journal entries for month-end close adjustments
  • Perform subledger transactions (impairments, write-offs, retirements, etc.)
  • Provide reports and analysis on PPE movements and closing balances for stakeholders
  • Maintain lease data in Lease Accelerator and ensure correct accounting treatment
  • Complete balance sheet reconciliations for PPE and Lease GLs, and resolve reconciling items
  • Ensure proper booking of SaaS and software-related assets
  • Identify and drive process improvements and automation opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with key internal controls and SOX requirements

 

 

What We’re Looking For:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or shared services
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Experience with SAP ERP is a strong plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment
  • Proactive approach, with strong attention to detail and ownership mindset
