Join Paramount’s International Controllership team as an RTR Senior Analyst and take ownership of key revenue accounting and reporting activities supporting our international business operations. In this role, you will work in a dynamic, multinational environment where accuracy, analytical thinking, and continuous improvement are highly valued.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Prepare and post standard monthly journal entries, including revenue and cost accruals, prepayments, and adjustments
  • Perform monthly account reconciliations and ensure accuracy and completeness of balance sheet accounts
  • Prepare detailed balance sheet roll-forwards and support monthly and quarterly closing activities
  • Deliver financial and operational metrics for your areas of responsibility
  • Act as a key contact for Finance and Operational stakeholders, providing accounting guidance and support
  • Support Treasury, Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash teams with accounting-related matters
  • Actively participate in the migration of additional accounting activities and processes to GBS
  • Drive standardization and harmonization of newly migrated processes with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, SOX requirements, and key control frameworks
  • Support statutory audits by preparing documentation, responding to auditor queries, and coordinating information requests
  • Identify efficiency improvement opportunities and recommend process enhancements
  • Provide guidance, training, and day-to-day support to less senior team members
  • Contribute to ad hoc finance projects and cross-functional initiatives

 

 

What you’ll bring

 

  • BSc/MSc degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience in a broad range of accounting areas
  • Strong and up-to-date knowledge of US GAAP / IFRS
  • Good understanding of general accounting principles and internal controls
  • Confident business English (written and spoken)
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • Structured, analytical thinker with strong ownership mindset
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work independently
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate across teams
