We are expanding our Streaming Affiliate Finance FP&A team and looking for a Senior Analyst in Budapest to own financial planning and analysis for the EMEA & APAC regions. In this role, you will work directly alongside the Budapest-based Senior Director/Lead, serving as their key partner locally while collaborating with a high-performing international team across New York and London.

Where You Fit In & Team Structure

Local Partnership: You will be joining as the first analyst on the ground in Budapest, working directly with your Hiring Manager/Director. You'll have direct mentorship, clear visibility, and a strong local sounding board.

Global Scope (EMEA & APAC): You will take end-to-end financial ownership of the EMEA & APAC markets. You’ll align with teammates handling Canada & LATAM (based in New York) and specialized large-contract FP&A (based in London).

High-Level Impact: Together, the regional outputs are consolidated locally in Budapest before being presented directly to executive leadership in New York.

Budapest Office Life: While your day-to-day workflow is tied to the global Streaming Affiliate Finance team, you’ll be based in a vibrant, friendly Budapest office alongside sister finance and business teams. What You’ll Do

Drive Regional FP&A (EMEA & APAC): Own financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for Paramount’s Streaming Affiliate operations across EMEA and APAC.

Master Financial Planning Cycle: Support the Long-Range Plan, Annual Operating Plan, quarterly forecasts, and monthly financial reviews.

Track & Optimize Performance: Manage revenue and cost models, variance analyses, and continuous performance tracking to identify risks and growth opportunities.

Partner with Global Stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams in Europe, Asia, and the US to evaluate new commercial initiatives and support strategic decision-making.

Modernize & Automate: Drive continuous improvement, process standardization, and automation across financial reporting and workflows.

Deliver Executive Analytics: Prepare impactful ad hoc financial analyses, business cases, and presentations for global leadership.
What We’re Looking For

Experience: 4+ years of FP&A and/or Accounting experience, with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Regional or Global Mindset: Comfort working with cross-border stakeholders and managing dynamic, multi-market financial data.

Analytical Precision: Strong problem-solving capabilities with a knack for translating complex data into clear strategic insights.

Fluent English Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills to collaborate smoothly with teams in New York, London, and across the globe.

Technical Savvy: Advanced Excel skills. Hands-on experience with systems like SAP, Oracle, or Longview is a strong advantage.

Accounting Foundations: Solid understanding of US GAAP, IFRS, or equivalent accounting principles.

Self-Starter & Agility: Ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
