Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage Consolidated P&L: Handle consolidation of FTA & TVM International Markets P&L in Budget, LRP, monthly forecasting, and reporting cycles.
  • Strategic Decision Support: Support management by assessing consolidated delivery against Budget, R&Os. Assist in budget re-allocation for desired P&L and KPI outcomes.
  • Dynamic Presentations: Prepare impactful presentations for budgets, LRP submissions & monthly forecasts.
  • Collaborative Finance Team: Liaise closely with TVM finance team for accurate forecasts and streamlined collaboration. Implement processes and policies consistently.
  • Standardized Tools: Develop and maintain standardized KPI and P&L templates for local finance, ensuring uniformity across International markets.
  • Timely Coordination: Coordinate LOB Finance and COE activities for aligned timelines and deliverables.
  • Adhoc Projects: Contribute to various adhoc projects supporting International Markets Finance and Leadership team.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Share insights and best practices across finance teams.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with controllership, global COEs (Ad Sales, Programming, Compensation, Technology, Strategic Services).
  • Matrix Collaboration: Collaborate across the global business to support business operations.

 

 

Qualifications & Experience:

 

  • Min. Bachelor's Degree
  • Qualified Accountant
  • Masters or MBA in Business or Finance a bonus.
  • Progressive Experience: Demonstrate 5+ years of progressive experience, ideally in FP&A leadership, within a global, matrixed organization.
