Sr Analyst Programming Finance

We are seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to collaborate with our Financial and Business colleagues in evaluating, budgeting, and actively owning the financial discipline for our programming and marketing teams.
Main Responsibilities:
- Act as the key finance touch point for the Programming and Marketing teams in your region.
- Drive the financial planning cycle, executing Budget, Long Range Plan, and Estimates in collaboration with business partners and Finance colleagues.
- Partner with Programming and Marketing teams to collect accurate information and ensure seamless data transfer into financial and planning systems.
- Communicate outlook results with detailed explanations to Finance Directors.
- Manage the monthly and quarterly close process within the Company's close and post-close framework.
- Provide monthly variance analysis and cause of change commentary to business partners and leaders.
- Prepare and consolidate various ad hoc analysis, reports, and information requests.
- Handle multiple stakeholders with conflicting priorities and projects.
- Manage and develop processes and policies to support regional locations and remote financial operations.
- Ask probing and insightful questions and follow issues/projects through to final resolution/completion.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 4+ years of related finance work experience.
- Tertiary education advantageous.
- Enjoys working collaboratively with finance & non-finance personnel, forming strong relationships across various stakeholder levels.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with financial presentation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize, and adhere to strict deadlines.
- Self-motivated individual with a problem-solving mindset.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- SAP and Longview experience a plus.
- Fluency in written & spoken English.
