At Paramount, we connect millions of people around the world through premium content and iconic brands. We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven RTR Senior Analyst to join our finance team and play a key role in ensuring the accuracy of our content asset accounting.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can independently execute complex accounting tasks, and communicates effectively across teams and stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

• Capitalize content assets at the start of their license window
• Ensure accurate amortization postings in SAP
• Prepare and post journal entries to support period-end close (P&L and Balance Sheet)
• Perform asset subledger transactions (e.g. impairments, write-offs, retirements)
• Prepare reports for senior stakeholders and NY Segment Reporting, tracking asset movements and balances
• Complete balance sheet reconciliations and resolve reconciling items
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiency, and automation
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and SOX requirements

What We’re Looking For

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or shared services

Additional Qualifications

• Strong MS Office skills
• Fluent business English (written and spoken)
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic and evolving environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills and ownership
• SAP ERP experience is a strong advantage
