Revenue Cycle Analyst | Budapest | 12-month temporary assignment (extension possible)

About the role

Want to see how a global media business turns content into cash? Paramount is looking for a Revenue Cycle Analyst to join our Finance & Accounting team in Budapest on a 6-month temporary assignment, with the possibility of a further 6-month extension (not guaranteed, based on business needs). You'll be employed and payrolled by Randstad, working on assignment with Paramount.

You'll support revenue cycle activities across CBS Television Distribution and Paramount Pictures International Limited, focusing on customer collections, cash forecasting, reporting and problem-solving. You'll work alongside the Director, Revenue Cycle and colleagues across Los Angeles, Budapest and Amsterdam, so you'll get real exposure to a global team from day one.

What you'll do

• Own collections for your assigned accounts, keeping in regular contact with customers by email
• Investigate customer queries and work with internal teams to get them resolved quickly
• Prepare monthly cash forecasts for your accounts
• Help build and maintain weekly and monthly Revenue Cycle reports
• Join the weekly cash calls with the team in Los Angeles, Budapest and Amsterdam
• Support month-end close
• Pull together ad hoc analyses and reports for the Director and senior management
• Upload invoices into client-specific systems and keep customer updates accurate in our reporting files
• Pitch in on wider Revenue Cycle activities as the team needs

What we're looking for

Essential

• A college or university degree
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong analytical skills and a good eye for detail
• Confident Excel, Word and Outlook skills
• Good organisational skills, and the ability to juggle priorities and work independently
• A collaborative, dependable approach, and comfort working with colleagues in different time zones

Nice to have

• Experience in collections, accounts receivable or a related finance role
• Exposure to SAP
• Experience in entertainment and media
