We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Analyst to join our Strategic Services team, responsible for certain locations and departments across International Markets (excluding USA).

 

As a Senior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the preparation and consolidation of financial plans and reports, ensuring alignment with corporate deliverables and strategic targets. 

 

 

Your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Collaborating with business partners and Finance colleagues to prepare the "Strategic Services" Long Range Plan, Forecast, and Annual Operating Plan in line with the Company's fiscal calendar. The budget process typically occurs around September.
  • Overseeing the financial data processing for various strategic service departments, such as Strategy, Research, Legal, HR, Executive, Communications, Core Services, and Finance, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Supporting the Controllership team during monthly and quarterly closes within the Company's close and post-close process.
  • Identifying and monitoring key performance metrics to measure performance against priorities.
  • Handling multiple stakeholders with diverse priorities and projects.

 

 

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

 

  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in related Finance/FP&A roles.
  • Confident usage of ERP systems and MS Office tools (experience with SAP is preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills, numeracy, and a solid understanding of financial principles.
  • Familiarity with Visual Basic (macro) is a plus.
  • Solid accounting knowledge.
  • Experience working in a Shared Service Center (SSC) environment is preferred.
