Vendor Setup Associate

We are looking for a Vendor Setup Associate to join our Procure to Pay (PTP) team, supporting supplier onboarding and vendor master data processes for Paramount Global.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up non-network suppliers in Graphite (supplier onboarding platform) 
• Perform banking validation of suppliers via Zoom
• Review and process vendor data changes in Graphite and SAP/MDG
• Handle vendor-related queries through ServiceNow ticketing system
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of all tasks
• Identify opportunities for process improvements
• Support additional tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Strong English skills (B2/C1 level); additional language is a plus
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a multi-location/international company preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) is an advantage
