We are looking for a Vendor Setup Associate to join our Procure to Pay (PTP) team, supporting supplier onboarding and vendor master data processes for Paramount Global.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up non-network suppliers in Graphite (supplier onboarding platform)
- Perform banking validation of suppliers via Zoom
- Review and process vendor data changes in Graphite and SAP/MDG
- Handle vendor-related queries through ServiceNow ticketing system
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of all tasks
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
- Support additional tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Strong English skills (B2/C1 level); additional language is a plus
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a multi-location/international company preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) is an advantage
