Analista de Finanzas

Paramount busca Analista de Finanzas para incorporarse al equipo de Cash Application.

Sus principales responsabilidades serán:
 

• Revisar y analizar las transferencias bancarias y los cheques recibidos para así poder aplicarlos a los clientes correspondientes.
• Confeccionar informe diario y semanal sobre el efectivo aplicado y no aplicado. Elaborar informes mensuales de conciliación.
• Administrar los futuros cheques recibidos y enviarlos al banco para su administración y custodia.
• Asegurar que los pagos no aplicados sean resueltos y aplicados a tiempo.
• Generar comunicación directa constante con el equipo con Cobranzas para resolver cualquier discrepancia que haya en las aplicaciones.
• Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con todos los equipos de OTC para cumplir con los plazos, identificar transferencias bancarias desconocidas, facturas incobrables, obtener documentación para todas las solicitudes de auditoría, etc.
   

Requisitos:
 

Nos orientamos a estudiantes o graduados de carreras relacionadas con Ciencias Económicas, con un nivel de inglés avanzado y experiencia en trabajos de análisis o afines. A su vez, es deseable tener conocimiento de Excel y SAP. Valoraremos aquellos candidatos que se destaquen por su orientación al detalle, habilidades organizativas y analíticas y capacidad para trabajar con diferentes equipos.
