Role Details:

This is a foundational role within Paramount Streaming’s Product Organization responsible for supporting and driving strategic, data-driven decision-making across the team. This leader will partner with other Product leaders to establish the strategy and the roadmap to work towards our goals and Key Results (OKRs); helping identify and prioritize initiatives based on their potential impact. They will drive A/B testing velocity across Streaming to inform decisions about which features to ship and accelerate the pace of product enhancements. In addition, the role will collaborate with other Product, Technology, Data, and BI teams to present regular product performance updates and provide executive-level insights on wins/opportunities to guide our product strategy. The data-driven decision-making frameworks developed and implemented by this leader, as well as the resulting insights and recommendations shared throughout the company, will power the decisions that accelerate the growth of our streaming services.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Help develop and implement the company’s global product strategy

  • Work with other product leaders to set annual OKRs and develop an associated roadmap to drive streaming subscriber and engagement growth

  • Develop data-driven frameworks to opportunity size potential product initiatives and measure the impact of shipped features

  • Connect product initiatives to specific business and financial outcomes

  • Design experimentation frameworks and collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Data teams to complete and evaluate A/B tests

  • Lead all aspects of the experimentation roadmap, including the identification and prioritization of high-potential A/B tests

  • Coordinate studies and associated findings with research teams to deepen understanding of consumer needs and assess product implementation options

  • Champion and lead initiatives to scale experimentation velocity

  • Partner with Data/BI teams to improve our testing and measurement solutions, including the implementation of a universal holdout

  • Champion initiatives to improve the breadth and quality of data used to measure product performance

  • Help aggregate, promote, track and facilitate usage data across services

  • Coordinate regular reporting needs and dashboards for key product lead initiatives

  • Deliver useful insights and recommendations for improving products, growing traffic, deepening user engagement and improving revenues.

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in analytics and digital product organizations

  • Extensive background in crafting experiments; tying product changes to business outcomes, and deriving insights from data to guide product development

  • Clear track record of driving collaboration across cross-functional teams and can rally disparate groups towards a common goal

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly with senior executives and external partners

  • Comfort leading multiple projects at once in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

  • Deep knowledge and passion for the entertainment and streaming category

  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, computer science, media, or relevant fields preferred.
