#WeAreParamount on a mission to unleash the power of content… you in?
We’ve got the brands, we’ve got the stars, we’ve got the power to achieve our mission to entertain the planet – now all we’re missing is… YOU! Becoming a part of Paramount means joining a team of passionate people who not only recognize the power of content but also enjoy a touch of fun and uniqueness. Together, we co-create moments that matter – both for our audiences and our employees – and aim to leave a positive mark on culture.

Overview:

The Pluto TV Content Operations team intakes, prepares, and publishes every title on our streaming service. We are a global team, based in the US, South America, and Europe. Each year we support twelve regional instances and tens of thousands of assets for hundreds of partners!

We are seeking a Director, Content Operations to guide our US content workflows and team. This role is a true team leader! You will be based in the United States. You will build a skilled, accountable team that keeps growing. You will also be our main voice with partners and teams.

You will own the US content pipeline: partner onboarding, ingestion, QC, metadata, packaging, and publishing. Every title ships on schedule, to spec, and at the highest quality! You will also scale the team wisely: developing talent, refining processes, and managing capacity. That way we handle more volume at the same quality and speed.

Operational excellence is the standard you set and keep. That means a pipeline that runs smoothly at scale, partners who get clear guidance, and a team energized by finding better ways to work. The ideal candidate pairs a talent for growing people with deep technical skill. You love to invent and automate, using cloud tools and data to build operations that scale.

You will work closely with Content Partnerships, Programming, Product, Marketing, and Pluto TV Streaming Operations. You will keep improving the Pluto TV viewer experience. You will also align with our International Content Operations leads in Europe and South America. That keeps global standards, best practices, and one way of working.
