Overview:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Proactively builds a quarterly edit schedule based on submitted requests and upcoming campaigns.

Forecasts monthly edit resource needs.

Works with the Creative team to evaluate editor bandwidth and assignments.

Scopes tickets and ensures all necessary information is in the ticket, and project system structures are created before it is put into production.

Understands Adobe Premiere technical specifications and anticipates / corrects project files prior to edit sessions.

Creates individual project work back schedule that align with the Creative teams bandwidth.

Supports all operations production tasks, including: booking VO auditions and sessions, setting up mix sessions, scheduling project kick off calls, creating Slack production channels as needed, etc.

Oversees and executes all finishing tasks to completion.

Evaluates incoming requests and submits requests for needed project media from Paramount+ media management.

Provides project updates to VP Operations and flags any missed deadlines in a timely manner.

Document workflows and processes and maintains Pluto TVs Operations Manual.

Update brand site with new motion graphic templates, playbooks, and other tool kit materials for channel partners to appropriately create channel materials.

Act as a technical resource for development projects to streamline existing processes.

Understands and updates Brand standards: creative and technical, to oversee Post Production Supervisors workload as well as monitor any 40+ partner submitted promos for On-Platform use.
Basic Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree preferred.
-
3+ years of experience working on post production and delivery of AV assets for on-platform, social, or out-of-home campaigns.

Project Management experience with Asana, Airtable, Wrike, Google Suite or other software.

Proficient technical knowledge of Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Frame.io, Zapier, and Strapi.

360 insight of production and creative operations processes and timelines.
Additional Qualifications:

Superb verbal and written communication skills to relay information simply and clearly to cross-functional departments.

Handles changes and ability to learn quickly. Is able to multitask, deal with hard deadlines, and manage competing priorities.

Agency experience is a plus.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $85,000.00 - 100,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
