To support our mission to teach the world to speak a new language, Pimsleur Language Programs, a division of Simon & Schuster, is seeking a motivated and well-organized Project Coordinator for its Pimsleur team. This role will focus on supporting the editorial, e-commerce, product management, and marketing teams.  If you are a smart, self-motivated person looking to work with a dynamic group of people in a fast-paced environment, then this could be the job for you. 


Responsibilities Include:
•    Support the Editorial team to create and update schedules, metadata, product IDs, maintain databases, process invoices, and coordinate project plans
o    Create and update PDFs and other metadata for the Pimsleur app, and maintain assets in AWS Cloud
o    Create new product ISBNS and associated product documentation.
•    Support eCommerce Manager to keep product and sales databases current, manage customer account deletions requests. 
•    Support Marketing team with end-of-month reconciliation for various marketing programs, analytics data collection, promotion setup and quality assurance marketing campaigns. 
•    Other administrative functions as required.


•    College degree. Excellent verbal and written skills; interest in learning foreign languages a plus,
•    Self-motivated, proactive team player who is detail-oriented, receptive to feedback, and has a willingness to learn systems and programs in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment,
•    Experience across a range of office software platforms including Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and project management tools. 
•    Entry level to 1-2 years experience providing administrative support 
•    Ability to work independently, while supporting a team that is in multiple locations.

The annual salary for this position is $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 


The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.  The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable,  as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
