We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Freelance Designer (12 months) to support the Global Creative Group Asia team across product development, design approvals, and creative project execution. This role will work closely with internal creative teams, regional partners, and licensees to ensure brand consistency and support a wide range of consumer products and marketing initiatives across Asia.
Key Responsibilities

- Support product design development and approval processes for the Greater China market.
- Manage and track product design submissions through the Asia design approval platform, ensuring timely follow-up and coordination.
- Provide creative review and feedback for marketing, retail, franchise, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate closely with designers and cross-functional teams to support various creative projects.
- Create, maintain, and archive creative documents, presentations, and reports.
- Develop design assets and visual materials for style guide projects and other brand initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, external partners, and licensees regarding creative projects and design approvals.
- Facilitate regular communication and alignment with regional creative teams and partners.
Qualifications & Experience

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Art, Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in product development, preferably within a licensing, consumer products, or brand management environment.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and highly detail-oriented, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience collaborating with regional and global stakeholders is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
