Paramount Global is seeking a highly motivated individual with strong technical, analytical and communication skills to expand our operational team. The role would include leading and executing testing, integrating, documenting, and supporting all aspects of the ever-changing monitoring by exception playout environment. This intern will support broadcast operations day to day monitoring and control of Paramount cable channels at the NOC and CCC. They will assist the team in the tracking and testing of the cable channel migration from NOC to CCC. They will also get exposure to live event planning and execution. The intern will get experience in both on-prem and cloud-based broadcast technologies.

Knowledge of audio/video measurement equipment.

Knowledge of video/audio formats, such as NTSC/PAL, PCM and AC3.

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Experience in Microsoft Office, Confluence, and/or Airtable

Knowledge of IP or AWS cloud-based technologies
Eligibility:

Internships are available to students who will be Juniors, Seniors or Master's students in the fall of 2025. If you are a graduating Senior, please check our website for full-time job opportunities closer to your graduation date.

You must be available to intern full-time (5 days a week/36-40 hours a week) for 10 weeks total starting in June.

Interns will be required to work hybrid or fully on-site for the duration of the program.

Internships are paid at a competitive standard hourly rate (school credit is optional).

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The hourly rate for this position is $20 - 22.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
