As an Account Executive, you are a motivated sales professional with strong programmatic and CTV knowledge and a consultative sales mindset. This role is ideal for a revenue-driven seller who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is eager to grow within the evolving programmatic landscape.


Results Driven:

  • Meet or exceed established revenue targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Manage a designated programmatic sales pipeline including prospecting, forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned agency and advertiser accounts.
  • Build and maintain momentum across active opportunities to drive revenue growth.

Programmatic Industry Knowledge:

  • Maintain a strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including SSPs, DSPs, PMP marketplaces, and direct buying strategies.
  • Stay current on industry trends through events, training, and trade publications.
  • Confidently communicate Paramount’s programmatic capabilities and value proposition to clients and agencies.
  • Share marketplace insights internally to support team success.

Consultative Sales Execution:

  • Build and strengthen relationships with key programmatic contacts across assigned accounts.
  • Serve as a trusted day-to-day contact for clients and internal partners.
  • Develop client solutions by leveraging Paramount’s product portfolio.
  • Support business reviews and client meetings with relevant performance insights and recommendations.

Cross Functional Partnership:

  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers, Sales Partners, Operations, and leadership to execute revenue strategies.
  • Participate in internal meetings and contribute ideas around performance, pipeline opportunities, and marketplace trends.
  • Partner with broader sales teams to identify cross-sell and growth opportunities.

Team Contribution:

  • Be an active participant in team calls and internal initiatives.
  • Bring a positive attitude and collaborative spirit.
  • Contribute to a high-performing, inclusive team environment.

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital or programmatic advertising sales, with CTV experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated success achieving revenue goals in a fast-paced sales environment.

 

Additional Qualifications:

  • Understanding of SSPs, DSPs, direct programmatic advertising, and agency buying strategies.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Organized with strong attention to pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn and grow

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

 

Hiring Salary Range: $93,000.00 - 165,600.00. 

 

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.  The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable,  as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.  This position is eligible to earn sales incentive compensation.
